MENLO PARK, CALIFORNIA. Facebook is undoubtedly the world's most popular social-networking site with more than 1.49 billion active users every month. But have you ever wondered how Facebook headquarter looks like?

Mark Zuckerberg, company co-founder of Facebook has recently showed the interiors of the MPK20, a sprawling open FB headquarters without any separate cabin or offices for senior executives at Menlo Park, California.

"By having an open floor plan where people work close to each other, it facilitates people sharing and communicating about what they are doing which enables better collaboration which we think the key to building the best services for the community," Zuckerberg says in the video.

The live video that was uploaded by Zuckerberg on Tuesday also shows his desk with the book he is currently reading along with other company books. Also on his working space are designs of projects that Facebook is currently working on.

Zuckerberg also shows the company's conference room which is transparent and he further explains that transparency develops best works.

"We want to create this very open and transparent culture in our company where everyone can see what everyone else is working on, people can walk by and see the stuff that I've done working on, who I am meeting with and we think this facilitates this very open and transparent culture which again enables us to do our best works," he adds in the live video.

The Facebook Headquarters has 40,000-square meter space and with nearly 2,800 employees.
